Discover our charming self catering cottages hidden away down a private lane on the bank of the River Steeping. Converted from a variety of farm buildings dating from 1872 we can offer everything from single bedroom bungalows to four bedroom workshop conversions perfect for large families and groups. All our holiday cottages have been converted to a high standard and are well equipped with modern comforts and features.

We are on the edge of the medieval town of Wainfleet All Saints where you will find a weekly market and street auctions, pubs, shops and the famous Batemans Brewery with visitor tour.

The bus stop and train station are only a short walk from our entrance so we have the perfect location if you'd like a few days out without having to drive.

River fishing is available 100 yards away (license required - no fishing between 15th March and 15th June) and guests are welcome to explore over 80 acres of riverbank and tracks, ideal for wildlife watching and romantic strolls.
